ITALIAN GELATO: THE MANY VARIATIONS ON FIOR DI LATTE - May 27th Eataly Los Angeles


During this class, we will discover multiple variations of gelato flavor, Fior di Latte transformed into other amazing flavors like Stracciatella, Croccantino all’Amarena, and Coppa Paciugo. With collaboration with Amarena Fabbri, one of their representatives will present the company and its products. In this class, Patrizia will show how to make gelato the Fior di Latte from scratch. While making gelato, she’ll explain the story and the characteristics of this flavor. Then customize your gelato with chocolate in order to make Stracciatella, Patrizia will show you how to transform the flavor with sour cherries to make Croccantino all’Amarena, and lastly prepare together the Coppa Paciugo (gelato Fior di Latte, sour Cherry syrup, suor cherries, whipped cream and cookies).
